ACCOMMODATION: The hotel offers 23 spacious en-suite bedrooms, each having modern conveniences including Satellite, colour television (with Sky Sports 1 and 3), telephone modem facilities. Additional Secretarial services are available from reception. Also within the rooms are Tea/Coffee resfreshment facilities, Trouser press and hairdryer with ironing facilities being available on request. Within the ensuite bathroom each have complimentary toiletries (bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, etc). Large fluffy towels, with Bath Robes available upon request.

Each of our twenty three bedrooms have been individually furnished and decorated in-keeping with this historic and elegant style. The popular honeymoon suite boasts a high ceiling and spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, whilst our family rooms are spacious and comfortable.

RESTAURANT & BAR: The Priory room provides a splendid setting for a candlelit dinner, with its stone walls, open fire and intimate atmosphere. Dine from our a la carte menu specially prepared by our Maitre Chef de Cuisine using only the finest fresh local produce.

Once you have sampled the delights of one of our distinctive restaurants why not finish the evening at our cocktail bar with a fine port, cognac or even a wee dram.

Set in the heart of our magnificent hotel is our cocktail bar, dating from 1225 with its granite open log fire and stone walls.

Built above cellars dating from 1225 and with an open hearth fireplace it is easy to imagine the sound of horse hoofs and the ring of the blacksmith hammer, beneath the spectacular beamed ceiling.

This room is a favourite venue for an apertif or after dinner coffee.

From an executive dinner for 10 to a residential conference for 30 or a corporate family BBQ for 500, our professional and experienced staff will ensure a smooth running, memorable experience which will be remembered by all, long after the event has passed.

» The Templar Suite The Templar Suite has magnificent views over the River Dee and is ideal for the larger conference or function for up to 200 people. This room has ample natural light, provision for power sockets and presentation equipment. The ability for this room to sub-divide allows for meetings to break down into workshops and catering all within the one suite. This room also has a three phase power supply.

» Poachers Lounge Situated on the ground floor in the older part of the hotel, just off from the main reception overlooking the main courtyard. This room is ideal for meetings up to 24 delegates or private dinners and lunches.

» The Priory Room Situated on the ground floor in the older part of the house. This room features an open log fire, ideal for informal/formal meetings and for conferences for up to 60 delegates. Note: All conference rooms have BT phone lines capable of taking modem connections. In addition to all the usual audio visual equipment, we can provide secretarial services, photo-copying, telex/ fax and parking facilities.

» The Godfrey Suite Situated on the ground floor in the older part of the house. This room features an open log fire, ideal for private dinners. It can also cater for conferences for up to 20 delegates.
