SURROUNDING: Only 1 km. away from the Granit Hotel, in the wonderful woods and green area, the St. Stefan Monastery is situated. The locality has the same name, as well.

ACCOMMODATION: The Hotel has 280 beds (singles, doubles and triples), 16 apartments. The equipment in the room is according to its extent. All rooms have TV sets, telephones, toilets and bathrooms with tubs i.e. shower cabins. All apartments have big terraces, great and comfortable rooms, TV sets and mini bars.
The Hotel always received positive critiques concerning the hygiene, due to its qualitatively and professionally equipped laundry, with working time from 06 to 22 o'clock. For example: while you are having your breakfast, your shirt will be washed, dried and ironed.

RESTAURANT: The "White Hall" i.e. the Restaurant offers a splendid atmosphere with perfect interior and a capacity of 300 seats, thus enabling a high-professional level of services with various kinds of international dishes.
The buffet breakfast is served cold and hot, with various cold and hot drinks. The Restaurant offers also buffet lunch and dinner, as well as classical meals serving.
The quality of the service in the restaurant is due to the professional-technically equipped kitchen in the Hotel. The kitchen provides more types of processing, production and storing of the food like:

- Confectionery etc.

The convention halls have the capacity of 120 to 300 seats, where seminars, symposium, conferences, congresses and workshops on a national or international level can be organized. The two convention halls are connected with its own bars that enable pleasant feeling during the pauses. |
BANQUET HALL:
Closely to the TV hall there is a banquet hall, with a modern interior and paintings.
