ACCOMMODATION: Luxurious living enhances the quality of life. It is our aim to fulfil this principle. You can choose from 39 elegantly furnished rooms and 15 generous suites, some with whirlpool and fireplace. All have wonderful views over the castle park, Rhine or the vineyards and feature lovingly selected antiques. Modern amenities such as ISDN-connection, safe and trouser press are just some of the services provided.

Standard Rooms (12)
The rooms are located in the West wing with a view onto the Rhine-valley vineyards. All standard rooms may be booked for either single or double occupancy.

Superior Rooms (9)
All superior rooms are located on the first floor in the central part of the hotel with a view onto the Schlosspark. One of the rooms is equipped as an apartment, ideal for a family stay. All superior rooms may be booked for either single or double occupancy.

Deluxe Rooms (18)
The deluxe rooms are located on the second and third floors in the centre of the hotel with wonderful views of the Schlosspark, the Rhine and the Mariannenaue. Three of the deluxe rooms are designed for single occupancy.

Junior Suites (2)
The junior suites are located on the first and second floors of the middle wing and overlook the Schlosspark, the Rhine and the terrace. The combined living and bedroom is individually decorated with antiques. One of them has a gas fired fireplace creating a charming environment on a cold winter’s evening. Each has a bright bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi; the WC is separate from the bathroom.

Standard Suites (3)
The standard suites are located in the West wing of the castle offering a spectacular view over the vineyards. The suites contain separated living and sleeping areas, which are linked by a spacious corridor. All interiors are individually decorated with antiques and walk-in closets. The furniture layout and design are ideal for a small meeting or a cosy evening in the suite. Luxuriously arranged bathrooms cater to all desires.

Superior Suites (3)
The superior suites are situated in the middle wing of the Schloss with superb view of the Schlosspark, the Rhine and the terrace. All suites have living areas separated from the privacy of the bedroom and bathroom. The suites are tastefully and lovingly decorated with antiques. A gas fired fireplace creates an enchanting environment on a cold winter’s evening. An additional single room with a connecting door to the suite allows for an extra bedroom for children or guests. The luxurious bathrooms are arranged with a separate shower.

Deluxe Suites (6)
The deluxe suites are to be found in the West wing of the Schloss overlooking the Rheingau vineyards and some have a view of the Schlosspark and the Rhine. The suites are arranged with separated living room and bedroom and are furnished with exceptional antiques. The walk-in closet in the sleeping area adds an extra touch of luxury. The seating area is ideal for a small meeting or cosy discussion, the round dining table for three to six persons presents the flexibility to have a special breakfast, a cosy afternoon coffee or a private dinner in very pleasant surroundings. The luxurious bathrooms are arranged with a separate shower.

Presidential(Mariannen) Suite (1)
Our largest and most luxurious suite named after Princess Marianne is located on the third floor in the centre of the hotel. Guests enjoy the luxury of beautifully appointed rooms. The connected living and dining area are exquisitely furnished and every little detail has been considered. It is ideal for private receptions and discreet events. Large paintings from Princess Marianne’s era entice the observer on a trip back into history. The large windows provide fantastic views of the Schlosspark, the Schloss terrace, the Rhine and the Mariannenaue. The separated area with bedroom and unique bathroom is a real retreat. The bathroom with its wonderful red Portuguese marble is additionally furnished with a large bath and shower.

Room designed for handicapped guests
One of our superior rooms is specifically equipped for handicapped guests. In addition to a spacious room, there is a handicapped accessible shower, handgrips at the wash basin and a second telephone for emergencies, so that hotel personnel are always in easy reach. All rooms, restaurants and event rooms are easily accessible through elevator.

Apartment
The apartment is located adjacent to the main building. The living area, bedroom and the fully equipped kitchen are ideal for a longer stay.

Start with a hearty breakfast, linger over lunch and enjoy coffee and homemade cake in the afternoon. Our local speciality, the "Rieslingtorte", is a must. In the evening selected culinary dishes from our dinner menu will delight you, as will the wines from our vineyards.

Balzer’s Schlosskeller is a mix of good food and stylish surroundings: traditional Rheingau hospitality combined with Mediterranean style ensures a memorable and delicious experience. It is recommended to book a table in advance.
