Oceanview - These 3 rooms were added to the hotel inventory through the complete renovation of a larger "cottage" of which they occupy one wing. Located at the front of the property, closer to the beach, they offer a great sea-view from their small "traditional" balconies. Although smaller in size than the other units they are enjoying the elegant facilities and privacy of the open-air "Card-room"-lounge and its pantry, also in "The cottage".

RESTAURANT & BAR : At "The Inn", the cuisine is of the highest standard serving a wide range of International and Caribbean dishes as well as daily vegetarian options all carefully complemented by an enticing choice of different wines to suit.Fish and lobster are brought fresh to the beach by passing fishermen in their "pirogues", whilst local herbs, vegetables and fruits are selected at the market and from local farms.

ENTERTAINMENT: The open-air thatched bar and restaurant by the beach-front and the similarly open-air Club-house with its unique high-domed octagonal design are the high point of the hotel social activity. A weekly Manager's champagne cocktail party, the food feasts on the barbeque pit by the beach and the soft live music by local artists in the evenings, are the "only" entertainment. Songs and guitar by calypso "strolling minstrels", live piano music, soft-jazz by a sax and trombone duo, traditional St. Lucia melodies by a small folk group and the occasional steel band concert are some of the "regulars" at East Winds.
