Located across a high bridge from Nassau, Paradise Island is a great beach and watersports destination that’s still a quick taxi ride from the business, shopping, and history of Nassau. All accommodations options are equally convenient, and the resort community of Atlantis is the center for dining, entertainment, and gambling.
ACCOMMODATION: The entire Atlantis–Paradise Island resort offers 2,300 guestrooms total. The pink, nine-story Beach Tower, which is the oldest, most tranquil, and least expensive of the three hotels, has 423 air-conditioned guestrooms.
Guestrooms are a bit smaller than those in the Coral Tower resort and significantly smaller than those in the Royal Tower resort. All rooms have balconies furnished with two chairs and a cocktail table. Tropical decor includes pale-peach walls, light-colored furniture, and blue-and-gold fabrics with a seashell motif. These rooms have the closest access to the beach.
